When you sign up for Basic, Pro, or Elite, you're charged a one-time $1 today and given full access to your plan for 15 days. On day 16, your monthly subscription begins automatically at the listed rate. You can cancel anytime in the first 15 days and never be charged again.
Your plan auto-renews at the monthly rate you chose. You'll receive a reminder email two days before the trial ends. If you do nothing, your school keeps everything it has and the first monthly charge runs on day 16.
No contracts. Cancel from your school's billing settings at any time. If you cancel during the trial, you won't be charged the monthly rate. If you cancel later, you keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for.
Any active enrolled child with a profile in the system. Faculty, parents, and admin accounts are unlimited on every plan — you only count actively enrolled students. If you grow past your tier mid-year, we'll just move you to the next plan at renewal — no surprise upcharges.
